Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the client portal at clientportal.agentiveintegrations.io, operated by Agentive Integrations LLC ("we", "us"). By using the portal you agree to them. If your organization has a signed agreement with us (for example a services agreement or statement of work), that agreement governs our services and takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Your account
- You must be authorized by your organization to use the portal. Keep your password private.
- Tell us at once at info@agentiveintegrations.io if you think your account has been misused.
- Your organization's Administrators, together with us, decide who on your team has access and what each person can do. We may also add, pause or remove access, for example at your organization's request or to protect the portal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload anything unlawful, infringing or harmful, including malware;
- try to reach information or accounts you are not permitted to see;
- test, probe or interfere with the portal's security without our written permission;
- use the portal to send spam or unrelated promotions;
- type passwords, full card numbers or Social Security numbers into messages, forms or files, unless we ask for them through a secure method.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people entitled to see it, so that we can provide our services. You confirm that you have the right to share it with us.
Electronic records and signatures
You agree that we may provide notices, documents and records to you electronically, through the portal and by email, and that electronic signatures and acceptances you make in the portal are binding, as the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the electronic transactions law of Florida allow. This consent covers the portal and the documents we exchange through it. To view and keep them you need a current web browser and a way to open PDF or Word files. You can download or print documents at any time, and you may ask us for a paper copy at no charge by emailing info@agentiveintegrations.io.
You may withdraw your consent to electronic records at any time by emailing info@agentiveintegrations.io. Withdrawing does not affect anything already signed or delivered; after it, we will send documents on paper, and anything that needs your signature will be signed on paper, which can take longer. Keep your email address up to date on My account (or ask us to change it) so our notices reach you.
Payments
Invoices are payable as your organization's agreement with us sets out. Payments are not taken through the portal.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the portal available and secure, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or retire features, and we may suspend access where needed to protect the portal, its users or our clients.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
Except as your organization's agreement with us says otherwise, the portal is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to the portal is limited to the amount your organization paid us for services in the three months before the claim arose.
Ending access
Your access ends when your organization or we remove it, or when our work together ends. The sections on your content, disclaimers and governing law continue after that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in Florida have jurisdiction, unless your organization's agreement with us says otherwise.
